These terms govern your use of the PHITO Carnivores website and purchases from our store.

General Terms

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT. We strive to ensure accuracy, but reserve the right to correct any errors. Product availability is subject to stock levels.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept credit card payments via Stripe. Your order is a binding contract once payment is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@phito.be. Note: Due to the living nature of our products (plants), returns are only accepted if the plants arrive damaged or dead. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Warranty

Plants are living organisms and require proper care. We guarantee plants arrive healthy and as described. We provide care instructions but cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
